My client is an established independent contract caterer, seeking to recruit an experienced Area Manager for their expanding business in the education catering sector. They are a rapidly expanding and successful company, looking to grow their operational team in the West Midlands area.
The right candidate will be able to perform in a fully autonomous role and thrive in a position that requires high levels of self-management. You will excel at exceeding targets and have excellent financial and people management skills.
You must have current Regional or Area Operations Manager experience in the education catering sector over multiple sites, with a background of managing direct reports, and a real passion for food and service quality. This includes a strong knowledge of education catering management, client relationship building, people skills, financial acumen, and a measurable success history.
