We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operation at our high-volume independent venue.

As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, manage a team of approximately 7 BOH staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. You will also support corporate catering and private hire events, delivering exceptional service and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the kitchen team.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance.
  • Oversee FIFO stock rotation and stock control.
  • Drive waste reduction and cost management initiatives.
  • Create and manage labour schedules.
  • Deliver training and ongoing team development.

  • Coordinate catering for corporate and private hire events.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership role.
