Berkeley Scott seeks a Kitchen Assistant for a well-established Italian wine bar in Northallerton.
This permanent, full-time position offers over 40 hours weekly, paying £13.50 to £14.50 per hour depending on experience, with tronc on top.
Working within a small, close-knit kitchen team in a town centre location, the successful candidate supports chefs through service by keeping sections stocked, assisting with basic food preparation and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
Duties include:
- washing down surfaces
- keeping all areas clean and tidy in line with food safety standards
- helping with deliveries
- providing general support wherever required
Reliability, hard work and a practical approach are essential. Previous kitchen experience is advantageous.
Full training will be provided.
