Pay is £37,000 annually, plus a GP bonus of £200 per stock take paid six times yearly and a share of tips based on hours worked.

We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a popular restaurant and cocktail bar in Nairn.
This is a hands on Sous Chef position supporting the Head Chef across the day to day running of the kitchen, service delivery, stock control and ordering, with involvement in menu development and in bringing on the junior team.
The group operates a number of venues across the Highlands and is continuing to grow, so there is real scope to progress for the right Sous Chef.
