Berkeley Scott seeks a Junior Sous Chef for a city centre bar and restaurant in Inverness.
Contract: Permanent, 45 hours weekly, with a lower-hours option and adjusted salary.
Pay: £33,500 annually plus a share of tips based on hours worked.
Location: Central Inverness. Temporary accommodation available for up to three months for those relocating.
Job responsibilities
- Support the senior kitchen team across daily operations and service.
- Assist with food preparation, stock control, and team coordination during shifts.
- Run sections through busy periods; help with stock, ordering and training of junior chefs.
