These are hands on Chef de Partie roles running your own section through service, with responsibility for prep, consistency and the standards on your station, alongside stock rotation and supporting the wider kitchen teams.
Suitable for an experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to take a section of their own.
