The Opportunity We are seeking a commercially focused Media andamp; Systems Development Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence and improve the customer journey across a diverse hospitality and tourism business. This is a varied role combining marketing, content creation, sales development and customer-facing systems improvement. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business to create engaging campaigns, support new product launches, enhance digital channels and ensure customers can easily discover, book and purchase our experiences and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an annual marketing and content plan aligned to business objectives.
- Create engaging campaigns across digital, email, social media, print and online channels.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches and customer communications.
