Berkeley Scott seeks a Head Mixologist for a prestigious five-star hotel in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
- Key duties include creating innovative cocktails, managing stock, training staff, and maintaining exceptional service.
- Bar leadership and operations
- Beverage expertise and menu development
- Maintaining standards and writing SOPs
- Team leadership and development
- Collaboration with other departments to enhance the guest journey
- Commercial awareness
- Standards and compliance
- Reporting to the Food and Beverage Services Manager, and working collaboratively with the Assistant Managers, and wider team, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and elevated guest journey across all outlets.
- You will take ownership of our newly refurbished bar spaces, driving standards, developing your team, and embedding a culture of excellence and professionalism.
