Key Compensation
Total package up to andpound;58,000 per annum, made up of a andpound;36,000 base salary, tips of around andpound;15,000 and a bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a back-of-house team of 15 to 19 chefs and kitchen staff, managing kitchen operations, food quality and service standards during a January launch, with full training and support provided.
- Experience with stock control and ordering systems is essential.
- The successful Head Chef will ideally come from a branded restaurant or high volume background and will be comfortable and confident leading a back of house team of 15 to 19 staff, across chefs and kitchen team.

- Applicants should come from a branded restaurant or high-volume background, demonstrating strong leadership, organisational and kitchen management skills.
- Will be available to start in early January in order to be in place ahead of the opening.
