HFIS Limited is part of Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited.Working options | office-based with optional rotational remote working in line with divisional requirements / remote workingWorking pattern | full timeWorking hours | 37.5 (Monday – Friday) hours per weekReports to | Lead AdjudicatorWhat we’re looking for:You’ll be resolving disputes between members, landlords/agents and tenants relating to the return of the tenancy deposit, which will include considering all evidence available to you, so you must have experience in a role that requires strong analytical skills.You’ll be delivering clearly written decisions, including the amounts awarded to the relevant party or parties, justifying and supporting your reasons, so excellent written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.You’ll have a set number of adjudications to complete over an agreed period, so you’ll need to have the ability to plan and organise your time effectively.As an adjudicator, you’ll primarily work independently, requiring strong self-motivation and self-sufficiency.
