We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring some experience in sales and a genuine interest in healthcare. While prior experience in the sector is an advantage, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who is proactive, energetic, and motivated to learn. This is a high commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Full sales training will be provided, including sector-specific knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Engaging with potential clients daily via phone and email
- Sourcing and qualifying leads through our proven strategy
- Arranging initial conversations with clients about our services
- Working alongside a senior sales team member to learn the process
- Scheduling in-person meetings for senior sales members
- Progressing towards managing the full sales cycle independently
- Fluent English (essential)
