Berkeley Group is seeking a Utility Manager to plan, procure and manage utility infrastructure across developments from land acquisition through to project completion. You will ensure capacity, diversions, connections and infrastructure delivery align with programmes and budgets while maintaining compliance.
You’ll engage utility providers and contractors, lead procurement and design coordination, and drive value engineering and cost control across multiple sites in the South of England.
