The role:
- Coordinate all utility disconnections, diversions, off site works, and new service installations.
- Arrange service requirements across water, gas (if required), electricity, telecoms, EV charging, landlord supplies, and metering (single phase, three phase, CT).
- Manage quotation and tender processes to ensure best commercial value.
- Secure design approvals, confirm routes and meter locations, and oversee infrastructure planning (POCs, comms chambers, easements).
- Prepare and issue service information trackers and packs to site teams.
- Work collaboratively with solicitors to complete utility related legal agreements.
- Arrange MPANs/MPRNs and manage the registration of supplies.
- Oversee meter contracts, renewals, and disconnections.
- Support adoption processes and any remedial works required by providers.
- Liaise with customer services, estates, accounts, land, and planning teams.
- Attend site meetings and assist with technical escalations.
- Process utility invoices in line with company procedures.
- Manage NAV and Fibre invoice and payments.
Experience required:
- Strong knowledge of multi utility connections and metering requirements.
- Experience working with utility providers, solicitors, contractors, or within a construction environment.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple sites and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commercial awareness, including tenders, quotations, and invoice processing.
- A proactive, solutions focused approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
