Our central London projects include 9 Millbank, West End Gate and Trillium in Marylebone, Oval Village, and Parkside at Chelsea Bridge. The Outer London projects include Eden Grove in Staines and The Exchange Watford, Syon Lane in Osterley and North Street in Guildford.

The role

As a Quality Compliance Manager, you’ll support the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) across assigned projects in London. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure projects comply with the company’s Quality Policy and QMS.
  • Monitor adherence to standards and support teams in applying quality control measures.
  • Deliver training sessions and refreshers on QMS procedures and strategies.

Procurement Support

  • Assist in evaluating contractors during procurement based on quality criteria.
  • Review contractor documentation (e.g., QMPs, ITPs, certifications) to ensure alignment with company standards.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct regular QA audits and report findings to project teams.
  • Track compliance trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain project QA dashboards and monitor attendance at mandatory training sessions.

Best Practice & Continuous Improvement

  • Share lessons learned and updates via monthly bulletins.
  • Facilitate workshops to promote a “right first time” culture.
  • Collaborate with teams and contractors to enhance quality performance.

Skills required

  • Experience in quality control within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of QMS, ISO 9001, and auditing practices.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Asite, SharePoint, and FieldView.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across teams.
  • Experience in training delivery is a plus.
