Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in making sure the seamless and efficient deployment of Field View software on multiple construction projects. Your primary responsibilities encompass setting up Field View to facilitate the digital recording of construction works, overseeing user and device configurations, and providing support to project teams through training and workshops.
- Accurate and timely set up of Field View on each project in adherence to the approved guidelines.
- Oversee the correct project geometry set up and drawing calibration on each project, as well as the correct management of users and devices on each project.
- Set up work sequences on Field View in coordination with the procurement and construction programme, project timelines and milestones.
- Create new and amend existing Field View forms based on project requirements.
- Liaise with project teams, making sure QA records are collated and stored as defined in the Berkeley St Edward Quality Management System.
- Act as the primary contact for any Field View-related queries from project teams and provide effective solutions to address issues and concerns.
- Monitor Field View usage on each project to ensure compliance with QMS.
- Provide fortnightly reports on adherence to digital recording requirements across project.
- Analyse Field View data to generate insights into project progress and performance.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports using Field View data and produce other ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Identify opportunities for automating report generation to improve efficiency.
- Report on best practices and highlight areas for improvement in digital quality management.
- Support the collation and sharing of lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
- Prepare βHow-Toβ user guidelines on digitally recording and signing off works in Field View.
- Develop additional βHow-Toβ user guides as needed for Field View monitoring and reporting at the project level.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for project teams and contractors on Field View functionality.
