This role supports our Head of Quality Assurance and the QA team, helping ensure quality information is maintained, organised and accessible across the business.
We're looking for a proactive and organized administrator who enjoys working with systems, records and processes.
The role combines administration, document control and coordination, requiring you to work closely with colleagues across departments to support quality activities, meetings, audits and business processes.
While the role has a strong administrative focus, there will also be opportunities to get involved in wider quality initiatives, process improvements and projects for someone who is keen to broaden their contribution and support the team.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain quality documentation and records across business systems.
- Support document control activities, including version control and approvals.
- Manage trackers, training records and competency information.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions and quality activities across departments.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and consultants to gather information and support quality processes.
- Review and coordinate Board Reports, gathering information from stakeholders and ensuring timely submission.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Monitor and follow up outstanding quality actions.
- Support the administration of Viewpoint and Fieldview.
- Produce reports, communications and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the QA and EDMS teams.

You'll be a reliable and proactive administrator who takes pride in accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
You'll have
- Previous administration or coordination experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence coordinating meetings, activities and follow-up actions involving multiple stakeholders.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to get involved, support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
