What you'll be doing:
- Management of marketing collateral for developments, ensuring assets are kept updated, liaising with Sales teams.
- Developing, managing and reporting on development marketing campaigns.
- Creating, planning and reporting social media content for each development.
- Delivering innovative UK / development events - planning and executing.
- Content management of websites - Berkeley Group, Rightmove and other portals.
- Booking, coordinating and managing email campaigns to the Berkeley Group databases.
- Managing the preparation, planning and management of International events, ensuring collateral arrives on time, lightboxes, adverts, EDMs, model movement.
- Ensuring all Sales & Marketing Suites and International offices have a full stock of current marketing collateral.
- Delivery of marketing tools to assist the sales process including models, CGI imagery, sales interactives and promotional videos.
- Creating, managing and delivering sales signage and hoarding.
- Maintain various schedules for marketing activity.
- Coordinating and booking photographers / videographers and ensuring imagery is uploaded and circulated to teams.
- Assist in the delivery of Show homes and Sales & Marketing suites.
- Ensuring Sales & Marketing suites, Show homes and developments are maintained and showcased to the highest standard.
- Meeting and managing external agencies, suppliers and contractors.
- Sales and marketing invoicing and administration.
- Manage and assist with all elements of Health and Safety requirements for each development.
- Ensuring Berkeley Group branding and approval protocols are adhered to at all times.
- Ad-hoc requests may be required for business needs to support the department and international business.
