What youβll be doing
- Websites / Portals
- Maintain all development websites, property portals, internal information portals ensuring all images, copy, prices and sales messages are up to date
- Coordinate implementation of new phase web pages and other web articles
- Upload information to My Home Plus
- Emails & Social Media
- Draft written copy for digital adverts and emails
- Social media posting - formulating plans, reporting on trends and sourcing and managing influencers
- Design and produce high quality digital and social media material, including video and photo content
- Brief in emails as directed by the marketing manager to the IT team or creative agencies
- Coordinate the approval process
- Advertising β online and offline
- Proofread/comment offline and online advertising
- PR
- Proofread/comment on press releases and other PR material
- Arrange imagery for PR agency
- Circulation of press clippings to marketing suites and compile press clippings folder
- Brochures / Marketing Material
- Proofread/comment on brochure/marketing material drafts
- Liaise with agencies regarding amends, copy deadlines, print, delivery etc
- Coordinate the approval process
- Liaise with sales team on brochure stock levels and arrange for reprints
- Signage
- Proofread/comment on signage
- Coordinate the approval process
- Arrange for signage replacements, updates and maintenance
- Co-ordinate Health & Safety documents
- Events
- Book suppliers, arrange catering and shop for food/drink
- Provide support at events to Sales and CRM teams
- Create promotional material and leaflets
- General
- Marketing reports β update weekly visitor figures and digital figures, including updating for Executive packs
- Internal reporting systems β update regularly as required
- Sales database β assist with setting up new developments and phases, ensure all marketing data is entered and up to date. Coordinate content upload for the customers bespoke online platform
- Budgets β raise purchase orders, log marketing expenditure and ensure timely approval of invoices for payment
- Photo Library β coordinate upload of imagery to Photo Library
- Assist with market research, obtaining competitor pricing, brochures and general market information
- Specification β arrange for samples
- Compile file of competitor marketing activity, advertising, digital activity etc
- Compile file of latest property market news
