What you'll be doing:
- Targeting, appraising, training, motivation and personal development of site-based sales staff and office-based administration staff.
- Management and organisation of the Sales & Marketing suite and related administrative functions.
- Maintenance and compilation of all reservation records and sales activity.
- Manage sales team rota in line with business operating hours.
- Record and collate commission claim paperwork on due dates.
- Record, collate and maintain all staff records of holidays/sickness and any related information which the company may require.
- Ensure all sales related paperwork and systems are managed to the company’s standards and requirements.
- Research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition.
- Effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities.
- Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity.
- Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets.
- Progress secured reservations to completion.
- Anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rates.
- Ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process.
- Effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints.
