This is an exciting opportunity to support the mobilisation of one of our largest new build to rent schemes in Slough, Refinery Square, mobilising in Summer ’26. You will support the Resident Service Associates during lease up, meaning you will play a critical role in supporting them in their leasing goals while creating and delivering exceptional resident experiences at every interaction.
- Provide leasing support across multiple communities, assisting on‑site teams to fulfil community goals.
- Support in executing leasing strategies across a portfolio of BTR communities.
- Work collaboratively with the on‑site team to drive operational and leasing performance and provide a best‑in‑class resident experience.
- Be confident in providing tours with customers, covering a handful of locations across London.
- Assist in leasing negotiation and administration.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, addressing all enquiries promptly.
- Act as a flexible resource, supporting where demand is highest to maintain leasing momentum.
- Deliver a seamless, brand‑aligned experience to prospectives and incoming residents no matter which community you are supporting.
- Strong collaboration with the centralised leasing and marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional marketing collateral.
- Regularly review competitor activity and present this to the centralised leasing and marketing teams to ensure we remain competitive in the local market.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss leasing strategies and market trends to ensure we are always ahead of our competitors.
- Contribute to the overall success of the leasing team by providing exceptional service and support.
This role is a 6 month FTC, starting as soon as possible. There may be an opportunity to extend/be offered a permanent role in the business after this period.
