Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join our centralised team to provide crucial administrative and co-ordination support to our on-site leasing teams. The role will ensure the smooth operation of the leasing department by overseeing the lead to lease process and acting as a centralised point of contact for all lease progression matters.

  • Managing the end-to-end application and contract process, ensuring documents and references are completed accurately and timely.
  • Support on-site teams in progression applications to leases by managing enquiries via multiple channels (email, phone)
  • Achieving weekly and monthly leasing targets, supporting high conversion rates.
  • Strong collaboration with the centralised leasing and marketing teams.
  • Working closely with the on-site teams, including maintenance, to ensure homes are ready for leasing.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering of a positive community atmosphere.
  • Prepare and issue lease contracts with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements (eg. Right to Rent checks)
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, residents and handling all initial enquiries and co-ordinating effective communication with on-site teams.
  • Co-ordinating home showings, managing all incoming leads and ensuring smooth day to day leasing operations.
  • Support with the co-ordination of move-ins and outs, delivery a positive customer experience (including scheduling in inventory reports)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in lettings, hospitality or residential property administration.
  • Familiarity with lettings process and lease documentation (ARLA qualification would be beneficial)
  • Experience in CRM systems (Yardi would be beneficial).
  • Someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and finds satisfaction in keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Confidence communicator to a wide range of people, with a natural flair for exceptional service.
  • Strong team player who is solution focused.
  • Pro-active, flexible and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate about accurate reporting.
  • Compliance driven.
