Berkeley Living, the rental arm of the Berkeley Group, seeks a proactive Maintenance Operative to join on-site teams at our BTR schemes in Kidbrooke and Hendon. Reporting to the General Managers, you’ll keep residents happy with timely repairs, safety checks and high standards.
You’ll handle plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and basic electrical tasks, log defects, coordinate with external contractors, and prioritise work to minimise downtime.
