The role

Apprentices at Berkeley need to show a willingness to learn on the job and enthusiasm to gain a new qualification. You should be comfortable communicating with new people and dealing with different personalities. We work in a fast paced environment so you will need to be able to adapt to change and manage your time well to meet deadlines. You will be well supported and part of a team. Construction Apprentice

Vacancies available: 3

The Construction department manages the build process from receipt of working drawings through to the delivery of homes and commercial property to the end user. There will be a lot of time out of the project office on site in all weathers.

  • Keeping the Site Manager informed of progress
  • Managing contractors on site
  • Monitoring Health & Safety
  • Organising inductions for new workers
  • Completing paperwork

Estates Management Apprentice

Vacancies available: 1

The Estates Management department oversees the effective management and maintenance of the property portfolio, ensuring developments are well‑maintained, compliant, and deliver a sense of community. The role involves working closely with residents, our managing agents, contractors, and other teams within the business, as well as visiting sites regularly to assess condition and performance.

  • Assisting with the day‑to‑day requirements relating to the management of residential and commercial properties by our managing agents
  • Liaising with managing agents, residents, contractors, and the wider business to resolve issues
  • Assisting in property inspections and reporting on condition and compliance
  • Supporting the review of service charges and service charge accounts
  • Helping ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met across sites

Available locations:

  • Taplow, SL6 0AG + travel to various sites
