We are looking for a Fieldview Administrator to manage and maintain the Fieldview platform across our South London region, while also supporting other business systems where required (training provided). This role plays a key part in supporting site teams by ensuring digital systems are set up correctly to manage inspections, quality processes, defects, and project records. You’ll help drive consistency across projects, improve data quality, and support teams in their day-to-day use of technology. Regular travel to sites will be required.
What you'll be doing...
- System Administration & Setup
- Manage the day-to-day running of Fieldview, including user access, permissions, and project setup
- Configure forms, workflows, and reports to support business and site requirements
- Upload, update, and calibrate drawings to support inspections and defect tracking
- Maintain data integrity, file structures, and naming conventions
- Support project mobilisation in line with company standards
- Site & Team Support
- Act as the main point of contact for Fieldview queries
- Provide support and troubleshooting to site teams
- Deliver training to promote consistent and effective use
- Produce user guidance to drive adoption and best practice
- Quality & Performance Support
- Ensure consistent system use from mobilisation to completion
- Monitor inspections, reporting, and defect close-out
- Assist with other internal systems as required
- Support accurate and audit-ready records
- Reporting & Data Insights
- Produce reports and dashboards (inspections, defects, KPIs)
- Analyse data to identify trends and improvements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for reviews and audits
- Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure alignment with internal Fieldview protocols and standards
- Act as system custodian, maintaining consistency across projects
- Drive innovation and efficiencies to improve workflows and system use
- Support new processes, system integration, and digital improvements
- Collaborate with Digital/IT on enhancements and updates
