What you'll be doing:
- Produce high-quality graphical presentation material to support ongoing design work, including project booklets, visual summaries, and on-screen presentations for internal reviews and external discussions.
- Take hand-drawn design sketches provided by design team members and accurately translate them into detailed CAD drawings, ensuring all outputs meet required technical and presentation standards.
- Create detailed design drawings for a range of project requirements, including plans, elevations, sections, and visualisations for residential and other architectural schemes.
- Organise, manage, and maintain digital project files, ensuring all drawings and documentation are correctly stored, updated, and compliant with the design team’s internal standards.
- Assist in the preparation of design documents and drawings for planning applications, including material required for planning condition discharges and related regulatory submissions.
- Conduct research to support the design process, such as exploring building materials, construction techniques, design precedents, and relevant regulatory information.
What you'll bring:
- Strong interest in graphics, with a clear eye for well-presented visual material.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the creation of well-designed and considered places.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with pride in producing quality work.
- Proactive, motivated, and reliable approach, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
