We are seeking a motivated early-career sales professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality customer engagement across a range of clients and sectors. This role provides structured, hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and supporting the sales process with accurate, well-presented communication. Working alongside senior colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of customer needs, refine sales techniques, and support the development of approaches that drive successful outcomes. What you'll be doing- Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Support senior sales representatives with lead generation and client follow-ups
- Support the achievement of sales targets in line with project forecasts and business objectives
- Deliver high standards of customer service, contributing to strong customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance
- Assist with the coordination and hosting of site viewings and property tours for prospective buyers
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, development, and customer care) to support the sales process
- Assist with the progression of sales from reservation through to completion
- Support the delivery of launch events and agent engagement activities
- Learn and apply sales techniques, tools, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Adhere to Berkeley Group Health & Safety policies and company values at all times
