We are seeking a motivated early‑career sales professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality customer engagement across a range of clients and sectors. This role provides structured, hands‑on experience in lead generation, outreach, and supporting the sales process with accurate, well‑presented communication. What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Support senior sales representatives with lead generation and client follow-ups
  • Support the achievement of sales targets in line with project forecasts and business objectives
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, contributing to strong customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance
  • Assist with the coordination and hosting of site viewings and property tours for prospective buyers
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, development, and customer care) to support the sales process
  • Assist with the progression of sales from reservation through to completion
  • Support the delivery of launch events and agent engagement activities
  • Learn and apply sales techniques, tools, and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Adhere to Berkeley Group Health & Safety policies and company values at all times
