Our central London projects include 9 Millbank, West End Gate and Trillium in Marylebone, Oval Village, and Parkside at Chelsea Bridge. The Outer London projects include Eden Grove in Staines and The Exchange Watford, Syon Lane in Osterley and North Street in Guildford.
Key Responsibilities
A Senior Marketing Executive oversees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally with a particular focus on all digital marketing and has a focus on reporting and analytics. Working in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing and liaising closely with site sales teams and suppliers, to drive the delivery of a variety of marketing activities appropriate to the marketplace.
We are looking for a candidate who has a creative drive, a passion for property and is data focussed.
A person who is not only able to make agile decisions on a daily basis but also looks ahead to anticipate the needs of the sector, and make innovative recommendations onto marketing activity.

  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to prepare, plan and project manage the publication of all marketing materials to maximise brand promotion.
  • Development of marketing materials for all developments to include; advertising creative, brochures, direct mail, newsletters, signage and other ad-hoc collateral.
  • Implementation and management of all other on-going promotional activities.
  • Assisting the delivery of marketing tools to assist the sales process including; development models, CGI imagery, interactive apartment finders and promotional videos.
  • Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and Internal Design team to deliver new Sales & Marketing Suites and show homes.
  • Working and liaising with third party suppliers on the delivery of marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
  • Organisation of development launches and events, including international events.
  • Co-ordination with the international Berkeley Offices.
  • Developing, managing and reposting on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and creating the content for the company website for each site and property portals.
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of all marketing activities through continual reporting and analysis. Tracking conversion rates and web traffic.
  • Utilising a range of digital techniques including SEO, paid search and PPC.
  • Brand guardian and adviser, supporting staff and suppliers in implementing the Berkeley Homes brand protocols at all times.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
  • Property marketing experience.
  • Excellent level of general computer literacy (in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to effectively present information and produce reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Business-like and professional both in appearance and manner.
  • Thorough, accurate and an excellent eye for detail.
