Responsibilities

  • Join our centralised team to provide crucial administrative and coordination support to on-site leasing teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lead-to-lease process and act as a centralised point of contact for all lease progression matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end application and contract process, ensuring documents and references are completed accurately and timely.
  • Support on-site teams in progression applications to leases by managing enquiries via multiple channels (email, phone).
  • Aim to achieve weekly and monthly leasing targets, supporting high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with centralised leasing and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with on-site teams, including maintenance, to ensure homes are ready for leasing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive community atmosphere.
  • Prepare and issue lease contracts with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements (e.g., Right to Rent checks).
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and residents and coordinate effective communication with on-site teams.
  • Coordinate home showings, manage all incoming leads, and ensure smooth day-to-day leasing operations.
  • Support the coordination of move-ins and move-outs, delivering a positive customer experience (including inventory reporting).

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in lettings, hospitality or residential property administration.
  • Familiarity with lettings process and lease documentation (ARLA qualification would be beneficial).
  • Experience in CRM systems (Yardi would be beneficial).
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to keep processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Confident communicator with a natural flair for exceptional service.
  • Strong team player who is solution focused.
  • Pro-active, flexible and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate about accurate reporting.
