What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Senior Site Administrator to join our Construction team.
This is a varied role that combines responsibility for the day-to-day administration and smooth running of a dedicated construction site with wider site coordination responsibilities across a number of live developments.
Acting as the primary administrative lead for your assigned site, you will ensure site operations run efficiently while also supporting consistency, best practice and operational effectiveness across the wider site administration function.
Working closely with site teams, Site Administrators and internal support departments, you will play a key role in maintaining high administrative standards, supporting site mobilisation activities and ensuring our project offices operate smoothly and professionally.
Important Notice - Location Transition
This role will initially be based at our Horlicks Quarter development in Slough, providing an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our systems, processes and ways of working.
The successful candidate will then transition to our new site in Hemel Hempstead.
- Site Administration Duties
- Managing the general administration and smooth running of the site office.
- Supporting health and safety administration, site entry systems and essential site documentation.
- Coordinating sustainability returns and ensuring site information is submitted accurately and on time.
- Processing weekly subcontractor payments and supporting site teams with payment-related administration.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, facilities and general site office requirements.
- Supporting communication with neighbours, residents and external stakeholders where required.
- Taking accurate meeting notes and distributing actions in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the site office is well-organised, professional and operating effectively on a day-to-day basis.
- Site Coordination Duties
- Support and develop site administration teams by providing guidance, training and workload support to Site Administrators across multiple sites, helping to ensure a consistent and high-quality administrative service.
- Provide operational cover and additional support across sites during periods of holiday, sickness, training, increased workload or prior to the appointment of a permanent Site Administrator on a new development.
- Coordinate site setup and mobilisation activities, including new site office establishment, office relocations, compound planning, IT requirements and the preparation of essential site documentation, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Manage key cross-site administrative systems and reporting, including maintenance of the Construction Share Point page, coordination of sustainability KPI reporting and support for Health & Safety administration processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate office equipment and facilities across sites, including photocopiers, plotters, maintenance agreements, invoice authorisation and supplier liaison to ensure sites remain fully operational.

Previous experience in a site administration, construction administration or similar coordination role is not required but highly beneficial.
