We specialise in brownfield regeneration, reviving underused land to create unique, sustainable and nature‑rich places where communities thrive and people of all ages and backgrounds can enjoy a great quality of life.

The role is responsible for leading the Estates Management function on the Southern Counties portfolio (23 Developments), with oversight of Berkeley St Edward freeholds, leaseholds and other related assets. This includes managing a high performing team and monitoring the performance of managing agents to ensure effective operations, safeguarding the company’s interests as the landlord, and placing the customer experience at the centre of all decision‑making.

  • Ensure statutory compliance and risk mitigation across historic, live, and future developments.
  • Oversee health and safety audits, statutory inspections, and compliance with the Building Safety Act (including Safety Cases).
  • Conduct six‑monthly or annual inspections of RSL blocks.
