The role involves working alongside the Sales Manager/Sales Team Leader, supporting, coaching and driving the team to deliver sales at the best values. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Journey & Sales Execution: Welcome and engage prospective purchasers, qualify leads, understand individual buyer needs, and manage the full sales lifecycle.
- Sales Progression & Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reservation documentation, and liaise with solicitors and stakeholders.
- Reporting & Compliance: Support daily and weekly reporting to Sales Managers and adhere to compliance standards.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong relationships with Customer Service, Legal, Construction, and Marketing teams.
- Market Insight & Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of development, local amenities, and competitor landscape.
- Presentation Standards: Oversee the presentation of the Marketing Suite and sales materials.
- Leadership & Business Development: Support Sales Management, mentor junior team members, and build relationships with agents.
Experience & Technical Proficiency required includes being highly organised, having exceptional communication skills, sound understanding of residential sales legal frameworks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Personal attributes should include being results-driven, self-motivated, passionate, and adaptable.
Qualifications & Experience: Experience in prime London residential sales and strong market insight.
Additional Commitments: Flexible to support business needs during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
