Building Safety and Quality Assurance (BSQA) is part of the wider Quality Management arrangements and we are currently looking to strengthen our BSQA team with the appointment of a BSQA Coordinator. BSQA is part of the build process, which have a physical, financial or reputational risk, and covers such things as fire and life safety, water management, faΓ§ade integrity and structural integrity. As part of the BSQA team, you will be helping to enhance the arrangements we currently have in place.
The role
- Reporting to the Group Head of Health, Safety and Build Quality Assurance you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Group Head of Health, Safety and BQA and BQA Manager in delivering day to day management of the BSQA Management System.
- Supporting the Group Head of Health, Safety and BQA and BQA Manager in delivering enhanced arrangements.
- Building on the key areas identified and promoting arrangements associated with them.
- Acting as a source of help and information for the Divisions and Operating Companies within the Berkeley Group.
- Visiting sites and inspecting and auditing as part of the BSQA team.
- Attending BSQA Forum meetings and participating in them.
- Assisting with reviewing the arrangements for time to time and looking to provide continual improvement / lessons learnt in all areas of BSQA.
- Assisting with training on the BSQA system as required.
This role requires regional travel to Berkeley Group developments.
Experience Required
- Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills.

- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office suite.
