We are partnering with a highly regarded asset manager to hire an Associate RFP Writer on a fixed-term contract basis in London. The firm is renowned for its long-term, quality growth investment approach and a collaborative, high-performing culture. This role sits within the Business Development function and will focus on producing high-quality written materials to support client opportunities.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop compelling content covering Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset strategies. You will take ownership of written responses, managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other due diligence requests.
  • Research prospective clients and tailor submissions accordingly.
  • Maintain standard content, presentation materials, and RFP libraries.
  • Support pitch presentations and client review materials.
  • Ensure all outputs are accurate, well-written, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage workflow pipelines and track ongoing submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Investment, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Client Services.
  • Respond to ad hoc client and intermediary queries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content and processes.

Skills experience with RFP tools (e.g., Qvidian) desirable.
