We are partnering with a world-renowned asset manager to identify an experienced Product Development professional to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the design, development, and evolution of market-leading investment products across both ETFs and active funds, spanning equities and fixed income.
About the Role:
Operating within a high-performing global product team, the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the firm’s product strategy and launching innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of institutional and intermediary investors. You will work closely with investment, distribution, legal, compliance, and operations teams across regions to bring products from concept to launch, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of new products across ETFs and active strategies, covering equity and fixed income asset classes.
- Assess market demand, regulatory landscape, and commercial viability to support product innovation and pipeline planning.
- Collaborate with investment and distribution teams to define product positioning and strategic fit.
- Drive cross-functional working groups to deliver new product launches, platform changes, and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Prepare and present business cases for approval by internal governance committees.
- Monitor competitor activity and regulatory developments to ensure products remain competitive and compliant.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Solid experience in product development within the asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of both ETFs and active funds, with exposure to Lux & OEIC fund structures.
- Familiarity with equity and fixed income strategies across intermediary and institutional channels.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- A commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
