We're partnering with a UK-based global investment manager to find a highly capable Executive Associate to support its Managing Director in a strategic, fast-paced and highly visible role. This is far more than traditional executive support - the successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, helping drive strategic priorities, governance, executive communications and cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting executive and board-level forums, governance and strategic planning
  • Coordinating board packs, reports, presentations and executive communications
  • Managing actions, decisions and strategic initiatives through to execution
  • Producing high-quality minutes, briefing papers and stakeholder materials
  • Conducting market, competitor and regulatory research within the investment management sector
  • Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • 4-8 years business management experience within asset management or financial services consultancy firms
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience supporting senior executives and board-level activity
  • Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills and an interest in AI/digital productivity tools

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and highly polished professional looking to work closely with senior leadership in a strategic enabling role.
