We’re partnering with a UK-based global investment manager to find an Executive Associate to support its Managing Director in a fast-paced and high-exposure role. This opportunity goes beyond traditional executive support and would suit someone who is looking to gain broader exposure across strategy, governance and senior stakeholder management within asset management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting executive and board meetings, governance processes and strategic planning activities
  • Coordinating board packs, presentations, reports and internal communications
  • Tracking actions and helping manage strategic initiatives through to completion
  • Preparing meeting minutes, briefing papers and stakeholder materials
  • Assisting with market, competitor and regulatory research across the investment management industry
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • 1–3 years of experience within asset management, financial services or consultancy
  • A proactive and ambitious individual looking to develop their career within the asset management industry
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Some experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership teams
  • Confidence handling confidential information
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills and an interest in technology and AI productivity tools
