We’re partnering with a London-based global investment manager to find a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the MD as a true strategic partner. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role at the centre of the business - ideal for someone who enjoys driving execution and working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate management committee sessions and drive follow-up actions
  • Track strategic projects and support business priorities
  • Manage complex initiatives and prepare board reports
  • Create high-quality presentations and briefing materials
  • Coordinate external partner meetings, take minutes, and track actions
  • Monitor industry trends and support executive communications

  • 3+ years’ experience in investments
