My Client is a global asset manager seeking a Product Management Specialist that will work within the Product Strategy team, supporting the UCITS and QIFs distributed primarily across the EMEA region. This role combines business oversight, strategic initiative coordination, and product improvement for investment products, with a focus on building strong collaborations with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a UCITS and QIF product expert, supporting the Client Group in fundraising and client-related issue resolution.
  • Drive new product launches, update fund terms, and manage liquidations.
  • Lead product improvement initiatives, such as workflow enhancements, regulatory adaptations, and vendor updates.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis for product-related projects, coordinating with investment, risk, operations, and fund admin teams.
  • Maintain internal educational resources and create clear, concise project documentation.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in asset management, with increasing responsibility.
  • Expertise in UCITS and QIF products and knowledge of commingled funds.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts, fixed income, and support functions within asset management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Leadership and teamwork capability with excellent communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bachelor's degree required.
