We’re partnering with a UK-focused, multi-asset wealth manager to find a professional, client‑centric individual to join their Distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who has completed a placement year within investment management or professional services, or for someone in the early stages of their career who is keen to develop within a leading investment business.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail, as this role is focused on both reporting and client engagement. As an Associate, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality client service by managing communications, maintaining detailed reports, and assisting with a range of distribution activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full client reporting cycle—from creation through to distribution
- Responding to client queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying client needs and opportunities to enhance service delivery
- Supporting the Head of Distribution in producing Consumer Duty reporting
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in asset management or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn tools such as InDesign, HubSpot, Morningstar, FactSet, Thinkfolio and Bloomberg Terminal
- Strong execution skills, excellent attention to detail, and data‑driven insight capabilities
- A proactive, organised, and deadline‑driven approach
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
