We're partnering with a UK-based global investment manager to find a highly capable Executive Associate to support its Managing Director in a strategic, fast-paced and highly visible role. This is far more than traditional executive support - the successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, helping drive strategic priorities, governance, executive communications and cross-functional initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting executive and board-level forums, governance and strategic planning
- Coordinating board packs, reports, presentations and executive communications
- Managing actions, decisions and strategic initiatives through to execution
- Producing high-quality minutes, briefing papers and stakeholder materials
- Conducting market, competitor and regulatory research within the investment management sector
- Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
We’re looking for candidates with:
- 3+ years’ experience within investment management or financial services
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management capability
- Experience supporting senior executives and board-level activity
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and an interest in AI/digital productivity tools
