PARZ is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated full-time golf coach to join our growing coaching network at Trent Park Golf Club & Driving Range in North London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who wants to build and develop their own coaching business within a busy golf club and driving range environment, while benefiting from being part of the wider PARZ network.

The Opportunity

The successful applicant will be based full-time at Trent Park and will have the opportunity to develop a strong coaching diary across individual lessons, group coaching, junior golf and player development.

We are looking for someone who is proactive rather than simply waiting for lessons to arrive. You should be comfortable engaging with golfers, generating new coaching opportunities, retaining existing clients and becoming an active part of the venue.

Custom Fitting

For coaches with an interest in equipment and custom fitting, there will be opportunities to become involved with PARZ Custom Fitting alongside their coaching role.

Custom fitting experience is advantageous but not essential. The opportunity can be developed around the interests and strengths of the successful applicant.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• PGA qualified or currently undertaking PGA training
• Self-motivated, ambitious and commercially minded
• Passionate about coaching and player development
• Confident building and managing their own client base
• Proactive in generating new coaching opportunities
• Professional and approachable with excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working as part of a wider team
• Interested in building a long-term coaching business
• Interested in custom fitting, although this is not essential
