The company is seeking to recruit an individual as an Analyst into its Capital Allocation team. This team is part of the Fund Management area of Arrow and is focused on ensuring the most appropriate capital allocation decisions are made on behalf of investors. The team is actively involved across all areas of the Arrow front-office, including capital formation & client relations, investments & lending decisions, as well as ongoing portfolio management, valuation and performance monitoring.

The role-holder will work side-by-side with top professionals in translating strategy into numbers and then turning data into clear insights for leadership.

  • Assisting in responses to investor queries surrounding the portfolio and performance, engaging with external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Supporting in the production and maintenance of data reporting for external investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the performance of fund(s) under management, investigating trends, risk factors, and identifying areas requiring further analysis and risk mitigation.
  • Monitoring investment performance and forward-looking investment pipeline, presenting findings and potential risk factors to internal stakeholders.
  • Performing special projects/analysis and supporting in the preparation of business plans, monthly estimations / forecasts.

Strong academic background, within a quantitative discipline, e.g. STEM fields(s), Economics, Finance or similar. Comfortable working with large data sets, identifying and presenting key insights. A high degree of attention to detail with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex information from multiple sources. Strong MS Office Excel skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Self-motivated and capable of using own initiative to drive improvements in business processes. SQL experience.
