  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline, taking responsibility and accountability of your quota and accounts management.
  • Researching and identifying new sales opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Seeking out the appropriate contact in an organisation to generate leads and secure sales meetings.
  • Meeting with clients face to face, over the phone or conducting Zoom/Teams calls.
  • Fostering and developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Being able to maximise revenue by understanding the clients maximum willingness to pay and matching this to the correct product price point, through careful negotiation where necessary.
  • Routinely updating and presenting sales reports, carrying out sales forecasts and analysis where necessary to present to senior management/the board of directors.
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of the sale and seamless hand over of the client to the Customer Success Team.
  • Working with our customer success managers to support upgrade and renewal efforts of existing business, particularly on complex deals.

  • Be willing to support cross‐departmental efforts where necessary.
  • Have a strong understanding and interest in diversity, inclusion and LGBT+ related matters.
  • Balance our professional values with our uniquely informal and warm approach to our customers and each other.
