We’re looking for an experienced, talented, and analytical Marketing Manager - GTM to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This is an IC position with the potential for growth for the right person and reports into the Head of Business Operations based in London.
As Marketing Manager - GTM, you will own driving top of the funnel opportunity generation and maximizing ROI through performance marketing, while actively optimizing and managing key campaigns across digital channels.
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership- Own the content strategy and execution, working closely with sales and marketing to produce highly relevant, localized content that resonates with prospects and customers.
- Develop high-quality content assets (whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, video scripts, sales collateral) to support marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, webinars, events, ABM, PPC, SEO, content, social) to drive awareness and qualified pipeline.
- Own and refine core acquisition channels (SEO, content, community) to maintain a steady flow of enterprise leads across key industries (eCommerce, retail, BFSI, etc.).
- Leverage data and performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness, optimize spend, and improve ROI.
- Manage and optimize outreach and CRM initiatives, including email campaigns and cold outreach funnels.
- Design and execute growth strategies across paid and organic channels (PPC, content, organic social, events) to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Equip the Sales team with sales enablement materials (presentations, product demo content, competitive battlecards, case studies) to improve deal velocity.
- Partner with sales and solutions teams to ensure they have the right messaging, tools, and training to effectively engage and close prospects.
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning and messaging for new and existing offerings.
- Plan and support local events, webinars, and field marketing efforts to engage enterprise prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (freelancers, content creators, agencies) to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
