Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of work and workload within the team.
- Plan client work with technical competency in mind and match colleagues to clients.
- Conduct final reviews of tax computations before Director/Partner signâoff.
- Own the team budget, ensuring recovery targets are met.
- Communicate client expectations internally and externally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Quote for new compliance work and manage pricing.
- Identify and communicate client risks on technical projects.
- Develop and recruit junior staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Identify wider client opportunities and refer to other teams.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR training and other statutory obligations.
