Location: Hybrid Working – London N3

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hour week (Flexitime). Minimum 3 times per week in office. Travelling to other offices and client sites may be required.

About the Team: You’ll join a small, agile Corporate Finance team that works closely with clients on M&A activity and business valuations.

Opportunity: As a Corporate Finance Senior you will contribute to the firm’s growth, cultivate client partnerships, and support the team’s development. You’ll manage deliverables, provide high‑quality service, and work closely with the Corporate Finance Partner and management team.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Technical: Prepare complex financial models and valuation reports under managerial guidance.
  • Technical: Analyse financial data to provide client‑specific insights.
  • Technical: Present findings clearly to non‑expert clients.
  • Quality: Maintain precision and detail in all deliverables.
  • Quality: Ensure consistency with firm standards and correct errors promptly.
  • Quality: Be receptive to feedback and suggest process improvements.
  • Delivery: Meet deadlines for personal deliverables and project objectives.
  • Delivery: Assist with smaller project aspects to meet deadlines.
  • Delivery: Build strong client relationships by delivering dependable, high‑quality work.

You’ll Be Ideal If You Have:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Assurance.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
