As a Marketing Manager at Lumo Health, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our B2B marketing efforts to new heights. We're seeking a forward-thinking professional who is adept at leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive impactful marketing strategies. You will be at the forefront of building strong communities and delivering compelling messaging that resonates with our diverse clientele.

You will be responsible for all Lumo's B2B marketing from strategy to execution to drive customer value and sustainable growth. You must be a self-starter with the mindset and skills to execute as well as develop marketing plans and activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing strategy & planning: Craft and refine Lumo's marketing strategy, delineating clear goals, KPIs, target segments, propositions, channels, and creating structured annual and 90-day activity plans with the objective to maximize customer value and drive sustainable growth while integrating inbound marketing techniques to attract customers through relevant and helpful content and interactions.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Develop and execute highly personalized and innovative B2B marketing strategies tailored to engage and convert specific key accounts, integrating inbound marketing principles to nurture and deepen relationships with these accounts.
  • Brand management: Take ownership of the Lumo brand, ensuring it stands out in a competitive landscape. This involves translating the Lumo brand positioning cohesively across all touchpoints and embedding the brand's core values in every aspect of our inbound marketing content and interactions.
  • Social media: Amplify Lumo's presence and foster engagement by effectively managing Lumo's social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Leverage inbound marketing to provide value-laden content, encouraging meaningful interactions and building a robust online community.
  • Content management: Strategize, plan, and craft compelling content in collaboration with Lumo's clinical team. Ensure the content not only informs and engages but also aligns with inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and delight our audience.
  • Event management: Position Lumo as a thought leader in the industry by designing and orchestrating targeted mental health and wellbeing events for key B2B audiences, ensuring these events provide valuable content and engage participants in line with inbound marketing principles.
  • Website / SEO: Collaborate with partners to enhance the Lumo website's traffic, user experience, and lead generation through comprehensive SEO activities (on-page, off-page, and technical), ensuring the website serves as a powerful inbound marketing tool to attract, engage, and delight visitors.
  • Influencers: Identify, recruit, and manage influencers who resonate with our brand and can authentically advocate for Lumo in our target B2B markets, integrating them into our inbound marketing strategy to extend our reach and reinforce our brand message.
  • E-marketing / CRM: Design, implement, and monitor targeted e-marketing and CRM programs, powered by HubSpot. Ensure these programs align with inbound marketing strategies to provide personalized content and interactions that attract, engage, and delight our audience.
  • Database management: Maintain an updated and accurate CRM database to support effective e-marketing and CRM programs, ensuring our inbound marketing efforts are informed by reliable data and insights.
  • Martech platforms and stack: Recommend and implement the most effective Martech platforms and tools to enhance Lumo's marketing productivity and efficiency. Ensure these tools complement our inbound marketing strategies and facilitate personalized, content-driven interactions with our audience.

You’ll be successful if you:

  • Bring Substantial Experience: Have a robust background (5-10 years) in successfully marketing a dynamic B2B brand, particularly thriving in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings.

  • Demonstrate Digital Acumen: Stay at the forefront of technology trends, showcasing your proven expertise in cutting-edge digital marketing strategies and mastery of Martech platforms.
  • Strategize and Execute Flawlessly: Have the ability to craft comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, coupled with a relentless commitment to continuous improvement in execution.
