We have exciting opportunities for a Lettings Consultant to join our award-winning team. Duties will include:
- Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent and landlords.
- Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
- Conducting periodic inspections of our rental properties to ensure they are being well maintained by the tenants in occupation.
Requirements:
- Some previous industry experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Confident and professional, used to dealing effectively with customers by telephone and face-to-face.
- Enthusiastic and competitive.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
- IT proficient, familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly.
- Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary is circa £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience. Own car is essential. We also offer a range of additional benefits including:

Hours of Work
Full Time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week. Our branch opening hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday, and 9.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.
