We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Agency Negotiator to join Whybrow, part of the Beresfords Group, and undertake work throughout Essex. Whybrow are specialists in commercial property based in Essex and are looking to further expand our team across the South East, East Anglia and Greater London. As a specialist in Commercial property, we provide services in Commercial Lettings, Surveying, Valuations and Property Management for our client.

Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Preparing commercial property listings and marketing
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and source commercial property to meet their requirements
  • Driving business growth alongside the Commercial team
  • Facilitating negotiations on contractual agreements and leases
  • Handling general enquiries in person, as well as via the phone and email
  • Undertaking viewings and negotiations

Requirements:

Essential:

  • You must have experience in the property sector, preferably within the Essex area.
  • Full UK driving license
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure, and to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook
  • Previous experience in the Commercial property sector
  • RICS qualified

Location

Our main Whybrow office is based in Colchester; however, we are looking to expand the team outside of the Colchester area across Essex.

Salary & Benefits

£40,000 – £50,000 Per annum, depending on relevant experience. In addition to competitive rates of pay, we offer a range of additional benefits, including but not limited to:
